Savarino Companies served as developer and design-builder for the redevelopment of a 14-unit apartment project in Buffalo’s Cottage District. The project involved the adaptive reuse of the former White’s Livery, a three-story, red-brick structure, and included the integration of enclosed ground-floor parking.

Funding support was provided by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Federal Home Loan Bank, New York State Homes and Community Renewal, and the City of Buffalo.
