Savarino served as the general contractor for Hope Gardens, a multi-unit supportive housing residence and treatment facility for homeless women.

The project was sponsored by the Lt. Col. Matt Urban Human Services Center of Buffalo, with project funding provided by the New York State Homeless Housing Assistance Corporation through the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY).
