Savarino Properties LLC, a full-service asset management and property management firm, oversees management of Savarino properties as well as those of third-party clients.

Through its affiliate, Savarino DL&W Development LLC, Savarino and team are leading the redevelopment of Buffalo’s historic DL&W Terminal, transforming the second floor of the long-vacant train station into a multi-use public market and community hub.

These entities, generally recognized as Savarino Companies, make up a team of almost 40 WNY professionals offering Property Management, Construction Management, Development Consulting, and Advisory Services.
