Savarino Companies served as Developer and General Contractor for the renovation of a vacant structure in Buffalo’s Historic Cobblestone District. The 8,400-square-foot, two-story building was redeveloped into Buffalo Iron Works, a bar and live music venue with capacity for 400 patrons.

The building includes a full bar, commercial kitchen, stage, and outdoor patio. A roll-up front door opens directly to the street, and a side-alley seating area provides additional seasonal space and connection to the surrounding district.
