Savarino Companies served as developer and construction manager for this five-story luxury apartment building with 78 one- and two-bedroom units and first-floor commercial space. The facility includes a fitness center, bike and kayak storage, ground-level covered parking, and private floating docks. The free-standing building is situated on the site of the former Erie Freight House and is designed to pay homage to the history and architecture of the neighborhood. Savarino remediated the contaminated site under the NYS Brownfield Cleanup Program.
