Savarino served as general contractor and partnered with Avalon Development to create this mixed-use project in Buffalo's historic Cobblestone District. It offers commercial office space and five market-rate residential lofts. Tenants enjoy gated parking, a fitness center, and a rooftop patio — all within walking distance of Canalside, KeyBank Center, and the downtown central business district.
