Savarino Companies partnered with the Village of Gowanda, the Town of Persia, the Cattaraugus County Industrial Development Agency, and the Zoar Valley Recovery and Treatment Center to develop a new, state-of-the-art outpatient mental health clinic on South Water Street. The project combined the former print shop with two adjacent houses and a vacant parcel acquired by Savarino to create the necessary footprint for the facility.

Now home to the Zoar Valley Clinic, the state-owned center relocated from Collins, NY, to better serve residents across Cattaraugus County.
