Savarino Companies served as developer and design-builder for the construction of five luxury townhomes along the downtown Buffalo waterfront. Each residence offers more than 5,500 square feet of living space across three floors, with private elevators, waterside porches, boat docks, and attached garages accommodating two-and-a-half or three vehicles.
