Savarino Companies served as developer and builder for the Tugby-Lennon project in Niagara Falls. Located near the Seneca Niagara Casino Resort and within walking distance of the 3rd Street commercial corridor, the site sits one-third of a mile from Niagara Falls State Park and the Rainbow International Bridge to Canada.

Completed in early 2022, the mixed-use building includes 4,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and ten one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Tugby-Lennon is managed by Savarino Property Management.
