Savarino Companies served as developer and general contractor for the historic adaptive reuse of three former warehouses in Buffalo’s historic Cobblestone District. The project involved a complete gut-rehabilitation of the four-story building and associated site work, ultimately transforming 26 Mississippi into Class A office space.
