Savarino Co served as the sponsor, developer, and contractor for the renovation of two historic structures, transforming them into Francis John Apartments, a 66-unit senior apartment facility.

Funding was provided through Low Income Housing Tax Credit syndication and a loan from NYS Homes and Community Renewal.
