Savarino Companies rehabilitated the exterior plaza surrounding Maytum Hall, Reed Library, and McEwen Hall at SUNY Fredonia.

The project involved demolishing the original site stairs, installing ADA-compliant ramps, and undertaking extensive hardscape updates that enhanced accessibility while preserving the original design intent of I.M. Pei and Partners.
