Renovations and expansion of the Ira G. Ross Eye Institute, located at 1176 Main Street, were completed by Savarino Companies in 2007.

The updated facility offers comprehensive ophthalmology services, providing space for specialized care in vision health, treatment of eye diseases, and surgical services for patients throughout Western New York.
