This 110,000-square-foot arts-focused redevelopment includes 60 live/work lofts for artists and 13,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.

The Artspace Loft Apartments and Studio Space also include the historic rehabilitation of the former Sarabeth Building and the construction of a new structure at the rear of the site. Savarino served as the construction manager at risk. Funding was provided through NYS Homes and Community Renewal and federal and NYS Historic Tax Credits.
