Savarino Companies served as the developer and design-builder for this 58,000-square-foot facility, home to Niagara County’s only cardiac catheterization laboratory. Located on the downtown campus of Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, the Heart Center of Niagara also includes an expanded cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program and ER1, the region’s emergency medicine hub.

This milestone project was the result of a unique collaboration between Catholic Health, Kaleida Health, Erie County Medical Center, and Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, marking a significant advance in regional cardiovascular care.
