Savarino served as the general contractor for the renovation of the former Most Holy Redeemer RC School into the Haskell I. Stovroff Apartments, a 26-unit complex providing accessible housing for visually impaired individuals or those with other disabilities.
The project included a full exterior and interior renovation, selective demolition of ancillary structures, and the construction of a new addition. Funding sources included Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and HOME funds from the Town of Cheektowaga.
