Savarino Companies completed the adaptive reuse of a former single-story warehouse in Buffalo’s Cobblestone District to create Helium Comedy Club and Elements Nightclub and Restaurant. The project contributed to the early redevelopment of this historic neighborhood, bringing new entertainment and dining options to the downtown waterfront.

The transformed space now houses a full-service restaurant and nationally recognized comedy venue featuring both local events and touring performances.
