As the general contractor, Savarino delivered a scattered-site infill project on Buffalo’s West Side. The project included the renovation of two existing homes (one at 562 West Utica Street and another at 99 Chenango Street) and the construction of a new two-family residence at 335 and 339 Massachusetts Avenue.

The work supported PUSH Buffalo’s broader efforts to stabilize and reinvest in the surrounding neighborhood.
