Monroe Place Apartments, a 24-bed residence, was developed for teens and young adults as part of Gateway Longview’s Supervised Assisted Living Program.

The project was sponsored jointly by the Matt Urban Center and Gateway Longview and funded by the Homeless Housing Assistance Corporation. Savarino Companies served as Construction Manager at Risk.
