Savarino served as the general contractor for the construction of 150 new townhome units across 63 buildings on Buffalo’s Lower West Side.

The project included roadwork, utilities, and comprehensive infrastructure improvements funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s HOPE VI Initiative.
