Seneca Cazenovia Community Square is a four-story, 45-unit senior housing development restricted to residents aged 62 and older. As a modern Section 202 property, the community was designed to provide safe and affordable housing for seniors in Buffalo.

Savarino Companies contributed to the construction of the facility, which combines independent living accommodations with supportive services in a residential neighborhood setting. Savarino served as the general contractor for the project.
