Savarino served as the general contractor for the redevelopment of the Center Court housing site in Niagara Falls. The multi-building project replaced outdated public housing with 285 new residential units and significant infrastructure improvements.

The US Department of Housing and Urban Development provided funding under the HOPE VI program.
