Savarino Companies served as general contractor for major renovations at the Schoellkopf Health Center, a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located adjacent to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. After more than four decades of limited upgrades, the center is undergoing a significant transformation to improve comfort, privacy, and care delivery.

The facility offers both short-term and long-term care, featuring private rooms and bathrooms for every resident. Specialized physical and occupational therapies are offered in conjunction with a robust calendar of intergenerational programs. The project reflected a renewed investment in resident-centered care for individuals recovering from illness or injury.
