Savarino Companies was the general contractor for the construction of the Independent Health Family Branch YMCA in Amherst. The new two-story, 94,000-square-foot recreation facility serves individuals and families across Western New York with a range of programs, including fitness and wellness, swimming, childcare, youth sports, and inclusive community activities.

As part of YMCA Buffalo Niagara’s broader mission, the Amherst branch supports youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility through a diverse range of programs made possible by local donor and volunteer support.
