Savarino Companies served as the general contractor for the expansion at Steuben Foods’ 450,000-square-foot production facility in Elma, New York. In response to rising demand for plant-based beverages, the $15.6 million project included the construction of an 82,500-square-foot warehouse addition, facility renovations, and the installation of a robotic palletizing system to improve production flow and efficiency.

Funded in part by a $714,000 Empire State Development grant and supported by $1.82 million in tax incentives from the Erie County Industrial Development Agency, the expansion positions Steuben to meet increasing demand from national and international clients.
