Savarino Companies served as Construction Manager for the new Southtowns Family Branch YMCA, a 74,000-square-foot facility that replaced the former YMCA location in Orchard Park. Designed to support wellness, family activities, and youth development, the two-story building includes a natatorium, full-size and auxiliary gymnasiums, and a range of fitness and recreation amenities.

It houses swimming pools, multipurpose spaces, childcare areas, locker rooms, and administrative offices. A 1/10-mile indoor track encircles the upper level, which also features aerobics studios, a cardio-theater, strength training areas, and support facilities. The new YMCA reflects a commitment to inclusive community health and expanded services for all ages.
