Savarino Co served as the general contractor for the renovation of the historic former Holy Family School into the 35 senior apartments known as Holy Family Senior Apartments.

The project received funding from New York State Homes and Community Renewal, the Federal Home Loan Bank, and both federal and New York State Historic Tax Credits.
