Savarino Companies is the developer for the restoration and adaptive reuse of the historic CE Welch building, the former headquarters for Welch’s, in Westfield, New York, in partnership with RANT, LLC.

Built in 1909, the 51,000-square-foot, three-story building will feature more than 40 residential apartments and between 10,000 and 12,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, designed to support a year-round entertainment venue and related amenities.

Upon completion, the Welch's Building will be managed by Savarino Property Management.
