Savarino served as general contractor for Phase III of the A.D. Price Housing development on Buffalo’s East Side, a project that involved the construction of 59 new residential units and an administrative building across multiple vacant lots.

Financing included Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits issued through New York State Homes and Community Renewal and additional public and private sources.
