Savarino Companies served as design/builder for major renovations to Central Park Plaza, including the redevelopment of the Elim Christian Fellowship Worship Center at 70 Chalmers Avenue.

The work included resurfacing the entire plaza lot and updating key infrastructure with new canopies, signage, lighting, and landscaping. Once a declining retail site, the revitalized 270,000-square-foot plaza gained momentum through a public-private investment strategy, attracting new tenants, including a grocery store, a charter school, and several service providers.
