Savarino was selected as the general contractor for the construction of five single-family homes at Woodlawn and Michigan Avenues in Buffalo, a project known as the Bethel Performing Arts Neighborhood Revitalization Project.

Each home was approximately 1,600 square feet and contributed to the broader revitalization efforts in the neighborhood surrounding the Bethel Performing Arts Center.
