Located at 840 Tonawanda Street, near Riverside Park and the Niagara River, Gratwick Manor is a 24-unit affordable housing development offering amenities such as a community room, laundry and storage facilities, central air conditioning, and 24-hour emergency maintenance.

Renovations at the site led by Savarino Co supported ongoing efforts by the Magnolia Housing Authority and its Scattered Site project, which focuses on upgrading and preserving affordability at existing housing developments for low-income individuals, seniors, and people with disabilities.
