As part of a district-wide effort to improve safety, modernize instructional spaces, and address long-term facility needs, Pine Valley Central School District launched a $9.1 million Capital Improvement Project in 2023. The scope was prioritized by the Board of Education and a dedicated Capital Improvement Committee, based on the 2021 Building Condition Survey and community input. 

Financed through State Building Aid and the district’s Capital Reserve, the project was structured to proceed without any impact on local taxpayers. Planned upgrades encompassed building systems, site improvements, and classroom renovations designed to support future-ready learning environments.

 Savarino served as the general contractor for the project.
