As the general contractor, Savarino Companies led the renovation of Houghton Hall on the SUNY Fredonia campus. The updated facility now houses the university’s Computer & Information Sciences, Geosciences, and Physics departments.

Improvements included new teaching and research laboratories, student lounges, offices, conference rooms, and support spaces—designed to support both academic instruction and scientific inquiry.
