Cazenovia Shelter House | Buffalo

Project Start: 2006

Project Completion: 2006

Savarino Co completed renovations to the historic Shelter House at Cazenovia Park in South Buffalo at the southern end of the city’s Olmsted parks system. Originally built in 1902, it was designed by E.B. Green, Green, and Wicks, arguably the most well-known architectural firm of that time.

The structure was restored in 2016 as part of broader improvements to this public green space, which features playing fields, mature trees, and a 9-hole golf course.
