Savarino served as Developer and Design-Builder for this 14-unit apartment project at 430 Jersey Street in Buffalo’s Cottage District.  The project included the adaptive reuse of the remnants of the former White’s Livery, a historic and iconic neighborhood structure. 

The three-story building also featured enclosed first-floor parking. 

Project funding was provided through HUD, the Federal Home Loan Bank, New York State Homes and Community Renewal, and the City of Buffalo.
