• In 2016, the business became Savarino Companies, LLC, continuing its construction work under that name. In 2023, that firm completed its ongoing work and is operating but not active.

• In 2025, Savarino Construction Services, LLC, was formed and executes general contracting, construction management, and construction monitoring for projects developed by affiliates of Savarino Companies as well as third-party clients.

• Samuel J. Savarino remains President, CEO, Managing Member, and Owner of each of these entities. Together, all Savarino firms are generally recognized as Savarino Companies.
