Savarino Companies is the developer for the restoration and adaptive reuse of the historic CE Welch building, the former headquarters for Welch’s, in Westfield, New York.

The 51,000-square-foot, three-story building will feature 46 residential apartments and 12,000 square feet of divided ground-floor commercial space. Units are spread across four levels, with four third-floor apartments featuring an added mezzanine loft.

Upon completion, the Welch's Building will be managed by Savarino Properties.
