Savarino Construction Services LLC will serve as the Construction Manager at Risk for the Phase II renovations to the former Hotel Niagara in Niagara Falls, NY.

The historic hotel structure, currently abandoned, will be transformed into a 160-room “upper-upscale” hotel with restaurants, lounges, and banquet facilities. USA Niagara Development Corporation has designated Brine Wells Development LLC as the owner and developer of the project. The $58.8M project is funded in part by a grant from USA Niagara and an investment in federal and New York State Historic Tax Credits.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the hotel, originally designed by Esenwein & Johnson, first opened in 1923. It hosted guests like Frank Sinatra, Joe DiMaggio, and President Eisenhower.
