Downtown Rochester’s historic seven-story building at 36–48 St. Paul Street was built in 1885 and originally served as a shoe factory.
The 102,500SF Romanesque-style building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984 and added to the 2025 Landmark Society of Western New York’s Five to Revive list, which highlights sites across the region in need of rehabilitation.
